Please read this before submitting a child’s early-access registration.
Your declaration
By checking the registration consent box, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, are the student’s parent or legal guardian, and have authority to provide the requested details on their behalf.
What you authorise
You permit Gurukul AI, a Prominaant initiative, to record the submitted information, assess and plan pilot availability, manage your registration and contact you using the parent or guardian contact details about relevant launch and pilot updates.
What this consent does not cover
It does not authorise unrelated marketing, payment, permanent enrolment or collection of a child’s face, voice, homework files or other learning-session data. If a future pilot requires additional information or permissions, the applicable details will be shared before participation.
Understand the offer
Registration does not guarantee selection, immediate access or permanent free use. Places are limited and invitations are released in batches. Pilot duration, features and usage limits will be stated with the invitation.
Your role during a pilot
Review the invitation and conditions before allowing participation. Supervise age-appropriate use and help the child verify important information. An AI learning companion is supplementary to school and human teachers.
Changing your mind
You may request withdrawal, correction or deletion using the Privacy Policy request form. The team will verify your authority. Withdrawal may prevent further registration processing or pilot contact. Optional analytics consent is separate and is not required to register.
